We've distilled this into six key steps;
1. Discovery Call
Finding the right search partner is the first step - we’ll break the ice and spend some time getting to know each other to ensure alignment.
2. Executive Workshop
Ideally an in person deep-dive into the business and opportunity, involving all stakeholders involved in the search process.
3. Alignment and Calibration
We’ll have a follow up session distilling the brief and refining your story, so we’re all singing from the same hymn sheet. Here we’ll benchmark candidates together whilst we’re creating your employer branding assets behind the scenes.
4. Shortlist and Interviews
We’ve gone to market with an agreed search mandate. Whilst we run our interviews, we’ll keep you updated along the way - presenting all the insights and analytics from the search back to you.
5. Secure, Sign and Start
We’re now wrapping things up and securing the person of your dreams, coaching them through their resignation process.
6. Feedback and Review
We'll provide you with the search summary and would welcome any feedback.
